Empowering Creators Through Transformative Experiences
Project Fashion is about discovery, personal growth, and creating new friendships that endure the test of time. We have carefully engineered the experience to these realize these goals through our values: culture, creation, and connection.
Our culture is all about giving students the freedom to be themselves. With students from over a dozen countries attending our camps, we foster a truly inclusive environment. No matter where our students are from, we never want to restrict their ability to express who they are. We always strive to maintain a low power distance between our team and our students in order to establish a respectful, open, and honest culture. We wholeheartedly believe that when you feel safe being yourself, you’re in a better space to embrace new knowledge and experiences.
Our programs are built around taking skills learned in the classroom and applying that knowledge to solve everyday challenges. We’re big believers in individual and team-based, hands-on learning, as it prepares young people for a society where creativity and emotional intelligence are highly sought after. Our projects are structured to simulate a real professional process so students can discover whether the given industry is right for them, and what role suits them best. Our goal is to create an experience that will leave a lasting impact after the end of these special two weeks.
There are a lot of special elements that come together to make Project Fashion as great as it is, and we want students to connect with all of them through their own personal lens. We design our camps so that students can develop meaningful connections with new friends, our team, and the culture in the surrounding city. Because our programs are located in one of the West Coast's fashion hubs, students also connect with the professionals who are already making their mark in the industry.
